The Airtape agent API gives personal AI assistants a stable action surface for the recording workflow. Today that includes creating sessions, updating schedules, adding invitees, and fetching join links. The product shape is intentionally practical: small deterministic endpoints, user-created tokens, and permissions that map directly to the kinds of work an assistant should be allowed to perform.

This API is meant for user-delegated workflows rather than broad background automation. It is especially useful when a user wants their assistant to set up a recording room, handle invitations, and return the next actionable Airtape link without making the user manage the same repetitive steps by hand each time.
